Here's a sneak peek at his recipe for a Perfectly Seared Ribeye Steak with Garlic Butter and Herb-Roasted Vegetables Recipe

Perfectly Seared Ribeye Steak with Garlic Butter and Herb-Roasted Vegetables Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 grass-fed ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons Texas Olive Ranch olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Assorted seasonal vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, zucchini), cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss the seasonal vegetables with 1 tablespoon of Texas Olive Ranch olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the chopped rosemary and thyme. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Roast the vegetables in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.

Meanwhile, season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of Texas Olive Ranch olive oil.

Sear the steaks in the hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a crust forms and the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare).

Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic, butter, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.

Baste the steaks with the garlic butter mixture for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they are well-coated and infused with flavor.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve the ribeye steaks with the herb-roasted vegetables on the side, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the top.

Enjoy your perfectly seared ribeye steak with garlic butter and herb-roasted vegetables!
