Sizzling Lemon Garlic Oyster Mushrooms

Sizzling Simplicity -- Lemon Garlic Oyster Mushrooms
Go ahead and heat up your skillet on medium-high heat. Remember to drizzle our Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil in the pan, once you hear that sizzle toss your mushrooms in.
We suggest half a pound if two people are eating, and are serious fans of crushing up fresh garlic. We get wild with a 1-2 cloves, but some prefer a tamer taste with just half of one clove.
These bad boys only take a few minutes on each side, so pay close attention to the golden brown coloring and texture. And don't forget to sprinkle chopped safe for the last minute of their time on the skillet.
For those who prefer using the oven, crank 'er up to 450 degrees and allow the mushrooms to roast in the skillet for ten minutes on each side.
After pulling the mushrooms out of the skillet, and setting overtop a bed of arugula, squeeze half a fresh lemon over the plate and add a dash more olive oil to bring some extra life to those greens.
