About Our Special Muy Bueno Variety
Muy Bueno is a meld of all of the extra virgin olive oils our ranch produces: Picaul, Koroneiki, Arbosana, and Arbequina. Based on each harvest and the year, we alter the ratios to create the boldest and most flavorful Muy Bueno possible. The combination of the four olive oils comes together to produce a remarkably tasty and versatile extra virgin olive oil.
