For Those Passing Down Tradition Through Dishes
We love to work with chefs who have learned how to love through food, and who have learned food from family. La Bodega Rotisserie and Goods, run by Chef Skye McDaniel, founded her space on clean ingredients that offer the fullest flavors. From our own greatest memories with food comes the inspiration for our Red Balsamic Vinegar, made with Lambrusco grapes, and our White Truffle Virgin Olive Oil, a blend of our own Arbequina olive oil and white truffle extract. The chicken in this photo was rubbed with our Limited Reserve Arbequina Olive Oil, pure Texan gold.
